Step 1 – Our Clients Want Big Results, Not Just Good Results
We all know that Big Results require transformational change, and transformational change is hard … really hard. However, transformational change enables our clients to support business growth on an entirely improved price:performance curve, consumption and provisioning model.

Our clients are blue chip financial services and retail enterprises across North America. We are typically engaged by a C-level executive sponsor with a new mandate for transformational change that will dramatically reduce IT operating costs, improve service and manage risk proactively.

Step 2 – We Identify and Quantify IT Savings Potentials, Including Outsourcing
R3P has a track record in realizing significant multi-million annual savings for C-level executives. We are experienced in broad IT cost take out initiatives and have built up check-lists, tools/approaches and baseline data. We can develop a comprehensive view of the cost reduction opportunities (largely external spend). However, the largest 2 outsourcing deals typically yield the most cost savings opportunity.

R3P Sees Big Results, and Can Map the Direction
R3P quantifies the savings with market price bench marks, like other consultancies. However, R3P also has the unique talent to explore innovative technologies, service models, operating models and support models to achieve the best-in-class price-performance curve and simplicity of solution. We typically quantify three (3) cost savings and service improvement scenarios and a sense of the one-time project effort:

Step 3 – R3P Develops Strategy / Business Case & Leads Sourcing Event
R3P typically leads the business case and strategy effort with client input and approval. We are experienced in the level of detail, review and stakeholder alignment for up to $1B business cases. Our consultants’ and Managing Director’s oversight bring a unique combination of insight to the engagements (financial modelling, technology architectures, service models, offshore models, LEAN, ITSM and real estate solutions).

Our lead consultant is an experienced sourcing expert that will have the solution knowledge to lead the sourcing event, whichever it may be. All client corporate policies and procedures will be followed for compliancy.

R3P Works for Quick Wins
During the staged transformational change, it is best to get some Quick Wins implemented up-front for stakeholder support and improved NPV.
